Great service and quality I came back twice. Super efficient and helpful both over WhatsApp and in person. If you need medical care in Bangkok this is the best place (unless you need a hospital). They offered to do home/hotel visits too. Really friendly doctors/staff. Pharmacy on site is also efficient.

Came today for lip filler- whether you’re local or a foreigner, make this the place you visit!
The STRONGEST numbing cream I’ve ever experienced, and they even did a numbing injection too, without me requesting.
If you’ve had filler in your lips before, you’ll know the pain and uncomfortableness. I felt NOTHING, like nothing at all.
I arrive early and straight away I was offered water and taken to a private room. I had a consultation first with Dr Pearl, and you can tell right away you’re going to get a natural result, as she’s so radiant herself.
I am quite fussy when it comes to aesthetics, and I broke down everything I wanted, and where I wanted it placed. Dr Pearl agreed with me and we worked collaboratively together.
The process took around 45 minutes in total and the cost was really affordable. I tried a new filler called Youthfill and after the numbing cream wore off, my swelling isn’t significant and I have no lumps or bumps.
The assistant was lovely too, and they reassure you and check in as the injections are being placed. Everyone speaks fluent English too!

We had an interesting experience here. We waited over 45 minutes to get Botox and then got frustrated and walked out. Then the staff suddenly had 3 doctors available. The assistant manager did give us a 5% discount and the administration of it was good and professional. I really liked the half Thai half American doctor who did it very nice lady. Interesting place but I would make the wait times shorter. Also place doesn’t have elevator so anyone with disability can be hard to get to. Ultimately I would do it again here good price

I suspect the waiting time issue comes from consultations turning into prodecures in the same session. Rather, split your bookings into two types - a short consultation session and a longer procedural session. Long sessions are booked only after the short consultation session. Pretty sure this simple change will fix the entire operation of this clinic.

We had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We arrived in Bangkok for a three month stay with insufficient medication, after having felt uncomfortable bringing 3 months of our medication through Immigration (for first-timers the Thai immigration medication guidelines seem a bit scary). This clinic was able to reconstruct our medication history line by line, downloaded documents from our clinic back home, and refilled all of our medications for us. The staff was friendly and efficient, and English was well spoken. The doctors were very friendly and helpful, and the pharmacist spent time with us to review each of the medication’s and how to properly take each of them. Dr Robinson herself even came out to help us and make sure things went well. I strongly recommend this place, and this will be the center of our healthcare during the time that we are here in Bangkok.

she is not only competent, but also compassionate and very kind, she listens and gives good advice, for example if you want care and she finds that it is not necessary or that you do not need it, or that it is not suitable for you, she will tell you honestly and let you decide.

I had to take two stars off because the waitng time was too long. I went in for botox treatment, they put the numbing cream on me and told me to wait 20 minutes but I ended up sitting on the chair for over an hour with the cream on my face, which is quite unfortunate coz I do like Dr. Tricia. She was very helpful and friendly and she explained thoroughly on the procedures and did not try to push any additional treatments on me. Only what I requested for. Clinic looks clean and professional.
Apart from the waiting time I will go again for my next follow up treatment as it was still a positive experience. Hopefully with less waiting time.

Good. Be a patient patient. 🙂 They are friendly. Little hard to find, however. They are in building 2, floor 3 of the Racquet Club complex. I suggest a taxi, though you can walk. It is about 20 minutes from the nearest ferry terminal by foot.
Updated: I went back for some inexpensive botox. The doctor was very kind and personable. Very no-nonsense and great price for clean medical facility and conducted by a medical doctor.

Really good service, well organized. Everyone book your appointment one day before 4pm to get a smooth experience as they keep all documents ready for all appointments taken a day before 4pm. You have to pay 1000 baht and within 5 minutes you will be free. Well spoken English and helpful people for foreigners. Medconsult, please keep up the good work for travellers.

Make an appointment on the web in advance, check your personal information, and the hospital will print out the appointment form. Bring your passport and reservation voucher. It's recommended to go early. It's crowded. I arrived at 7:00 am, and the test takes 10 minutes. You can pay by QR code, credit card or cash. I got the test results back by 14pm.

Wow.. simply wow! Dozens of people working the floor seamlessly. I came for an antigen without an appointment, had to scan a code and fill out a form, submit it and pay at a cashier. 3 steps in 10 min.
The queues are long but the wait is max 10 min. Great service. Polite staff. Thank you.

The staff were really nice & helpful. They speak English very well. I found this place via Facebook Group about Thailand traveling. The price for RT-PCR is the cheapest price I've found so far, compare with other hospital or clinic near by. If you take the test before 10AM, you will get the result by email from 8-10pm same day. They will ask which airlines you're going to fly with, to give you the suitable report for that airlines. They are also willing to print it out for free if you need. Always see their smile & enthusiasm, especially the lady was walking around to ask how to help the people in the line. Highly recommend this place for foreigners. Thank you guys again for helping us

I was skeptical to get my PCR test done here due to the previous reviews but I didn’t have a lot of time to look for another clinic so I took the chance. I’m glad I did. The service was quite fast. The place is quite small as described by others but fortunately, there weren’t a lot of people when I came so it didn’t feel risky at all. The staff were helpful, efficient, and fast and I got everything done in about 15 minutes. They emailed me the results the following day.

Our new MedConsult Clinic branch in Silom is now in its final preparation stage. Over the past weeks, our team has been carefully setting up the clinic space — installing furniture preparing consultation rooms and arranging our medical equipment to ensure everything meets our standards for patient care.
At the moment, we are adding the final touches to the clinic while we wait for official approval of our medical clinic license from the authorities before opening our doors.
Once the license process is complete, we will be ready to welcome patients at our new location in Bangkok’s central business district.
